PresaleShield is a technical service provider that builds and deploys custom smart contracts for presale events in the Web3 ecosystem. Our service is limited to:
- The development of smart contracts
- Technical deployment on blockchain networks
- Automation of token distribution processes
- Integration of crypto payment flows (non-custodial)
We are not an exchange, not a financial institution, and not a
project advisor.
We do not swap tokens, manage funds, or interact with investors
on your behalf.
2. No Financial, Legal, or Regulatory Advice
All services offered by PresaleShield are strictly technology-focused. We do not:
- Provide investment or legal advice
- Verify the legality of your token or fundraising mechanism
- Advise on securities, compliance, or licensing matters
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of our services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where your participants are located.
3. No Custodial Services
PresaleShield does not hold or manage any cryptocurrencies
on your behalf. All transactions occur on-chain, and all funds are
received directly into smart contracts or wallets that you
control.
We do not offer fiat on- or off-ramping.
We do not act as a third-party intermediary or escrow service.
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
PresaleShield provides all services "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- The security or hack-resistance of any smart contract
- The performance or success of any presale project using our tools
- The legality, accuracy, or safety of any third-party content deployed via our services
We do not guarantee that our smart contracts will be
error-free,
nor that they cannot be exploited.
Blockchain technology carries inherent risks, and smart
contract
deployment is always at your own risk.
You are responsible for conducting independent security audits or
code reviews if needed.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PresaleShield shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to:
- Vulnerabilities or exploits in deployed smart contracts
- Loss of funds, data, reputation, or business opportunity
- Legal action or regulatory enforcement against you or your project
- Third-party misuse or misrepresentation of our services
Our liability is strictly limited to the scope of the technical service provided.
6. No Endorsement of Projects
PresaleShield does not verify, monitor, endorse, or promote any
project or token that uses our infrastructure. Any use of our
service by third parties does not constitute an endorsement or
partnership.
We disclaim all responsibility for:
- The success or failure of your token
- The claims made by your project team
- Any dispute between token issuers and token buyers
We are a neutral infrastructure provider.
7. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for complying with any applicable laws and regulations related to:
- Token sales or presales
- Fundraising or securities laws
- Anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations
- Tax obligations in your country
PresaleShield operates from a jurisdiction that does not require licensing for technical smart contract services, and does not assume responsibility for your legal compliance in any other region.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and branding provided by PresaleShield remains the intellectual property of PresaleShield unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not use, modify, or reproduce our materials outside of the agreed scope of service.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:
- You breach these Terms
- You use our services for illegal or fraudulent activity
- We are legally required to restrict your access
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update or change these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
